Getting professional AI headshots is simple. Here's the process from start to finish:
Note: If your headshots take longer than 30 minutes, please contact us and we'll look into it right away.
You can upload between 1 and 15 photos per session. We recommend uploading at least 5-10 photos with variety in angles, expressions, and lighting. More photos give our AI more to work with, which typically means better results.

We accept JPG, MPO, PNG, WebP, HEIC, and HEIF files. Each file can be up to 15 MB. Photos from your phone camera work great.

You can also select up to 3 preferred shirt colors to guide the AI. This helps ensure your headshots match your personal brand or company colors.
Once your headshots are ready, you'll find them in My Headshots. Here's how to make the most of your gallery:
Your gallery shows all your generated headshots. Click any image to see it larger. You can filter and sort to find exactly what you're looking for.
Click the heart icon on any headshot to mark it as a favorite. Favorites make it easy to find your best shots later. Use the "Favorites" filter to see only your top picks. You can favorite and unfavorite as many times as you like.
Not every AI-generated photo is a winner. Click the eye icon to hide headshots you don't want cluttering your main gallery. Hidden photos aren't deleted - you can still see them by selecting the "Hidden" filter, and you can unhide them anytime.
Tip: Hiding is great for cleaning up your gallery without losing anything permanently.
You cannot delete individual headshots, but you can delete an entire photo shoot set. Go to My Headshots and click the trash icon next to the photo shoot you want to remove. This permanently deletes all headshots from that order and cannot be undone.
Click the download icon to save a full-resolution copy of any headshot to your device. All downloads are high-quality 4K images ready for professional use.
Important: Once you download any headshot from an order, that order is no longer eligible for a refund. Make sure you're happy with your results before downloading.
Want a different background or outfit? Click the edit icon on any headshot to open the editor. Choose from our catalog of backgrounds and outfits, then click "Create." Your edit takes about 15-30 seconds, and the result appears as a new headshot in your gallery — the original stays untouched.
Each edit uses 1 credit. Edit credits are included with your package, and your current balance is shown in the sidebar. If an edit fails for any reason, your credit is automatically refunded.
Need to favorite or hide multiple headshots at once? Click the "Select" button to enter selection mode. Select the headshots you want, then use the bulk action buttons to apply the action to all selected images.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor, Polar.
Go to your Billing page and click the "Refund" button next to your order. If you qualify, your refund will process immediately and appear on your statement within 24-48 hours.

If your order is older than 14 days or you've already downloaded photos, email us at [email protected]. We'll review your case and see if we can help. Since each headshot pack is personalized to you, we can't always offer refunds once you've used the product.
Yes. Your uploaded photos and generated headshots are only visible to you. We take your privacy seriously and never share your photos with third parties.
If you want to delete your entire account and all associated data, please contact us.

Headshots typically generate in 5-10 minutes. If it's been more than 30 minutes, something may have gone wrong. Please contact us and we'll look into it.
If your headshots don't look right, email us at [email protected]. You can request a reshoot or a refund. If we can't make it right, we'll refund you.
Make sure you're logged in with the same account you used to make the purchase. Then go to My Headshots to see all your completed orders.
