Not every AI-generated photo is a winner. You'll get some great shots and some duds, and that's normal. But our guarantee promises you'll walk away with at least one usable headshot you can use professionally.
If you don't get a single usable photo, you can request a full refund. No questions asked.
To qualify for an instant refund, you must meet these conditions:
Go to your Billing page and click the "Refund" button next to your order. You can optionally share feedback about why the photos didn't work for you.
If you qualify, your refund will process immediately and appear on your statement within 24-48 hours.
If you don't qualify because your order is older than 14 days or you've already downloaded photos, email us at [email protected]. We'll review your case and see if we can make an exception. That said, since each headshot pack is personalized to you, we can't always offer refunds once you've used the product.
